When will I hear from you? RainforestNorth will contact you as soon as possible to confirm reservation. Payment arrangements will also be made at this time. |
How do I make a reservation? To guarantee your booking, reservations are required for all rental products and services. A non-refundable deposit of half of the total amount of the rental total will be taken at time of reservation. The outstanding half of the total rental amount will be required at the time of rental. A discount will be offered if the full amount of the rental total is paid up front.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Renter booking the reservation must be 19 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s licence for reservations. Renter on contract must be the same name as on credit card.
For all Camping Packages, reservations are recommended at least 2 weeks in advance. Reservations can be made by phone, email or by filling out the on-line form. For peak season rentals, please reserve well in advance. |
Do I need to sign a Rental Agreement? Yes. Please ensure you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. A signature will be required at time of pick up. |

What kind of equipment is being rented? Camping equipment is purchased annually in order to keep up with supply and demand. All equipment is safety checked and sanitized before and after each use. We carry durable and high quality equipment to ensure that all campers have a safe and enjoyable camping experience. Our primary brands include Coleman and Woods. |
